Mandalablue Yoga is located at the waterfront of Blue Marine Dive Resort on the north east coast of Gili Air. The yoga shala offers magic views of the blue and turquoise sea between the island and Lombok and of the sun rising behind Mt Rinjani.
Mandala Yoga offers daily drop-in classes for all levels:
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: The class is inspired by the moves and sounds of the ocean. Using a series of poses, this school of yoga moves your body through the power of inhaling and exhaling.
FlighHigh Yoga: A complementary yoga practice, that lengthens the spine and increase your flexibility with the aid of gravity and the FlyHigh Yoga Hanging Belt. A guaranteed-fun class where you have the opportunity of challenging yourself!
Yin Yoga: A seated practice in which you’ll cultivate awareness and mindfulness whilst holing poses for a longer duration of time (3-5 minutes). Yin improves flexibility and softening of the body; a perfect complement to your yang asana practice.
Acro/Partner Yoga: A mix of partner acrobatics, Thai massage, and yoga. Essentially, it builds a practice of the understanding of trust. Trust within the body, trust within the community, and trust in the fact that it’s a lot of fun to do these amazing things you never thought you’d be able to do!
SUP Yoga (Yoga on a Stand Up Paddle Board): Take your Yoga to a new level and find harmony with our Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga class. Join us and experience the most dynamic and fun way to practice yoga on the ocean on the paddle boards. With the fresh ocean breeze, clear blue water, and beautiful palms this will be a true feeling of heaven on earth and bring you to a new level of mind, body, and spirit.
Kids & Family Yoga: A 45 minute practice that increases concentration and and playfulness among the small ones. Until 14 years old.
