Some schools even offer yoga teacher training. Every school has its own style, vibe, and teachers for a unique experience. Keep reading for our breakdown of the different yoga studios in Gili Trawangan and Gili Air.
Gili Trawangan

Fly Gili Sup Yoga
Feel like trying something new and experiencing yoga on the water? Fly Gili Sup Yoga has got you covered. Start your yoga session right with the Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) during sunrise on your own stand-up paddleboard (SUP).
Sunrise SUP yoga starts daily from 6 am to 7:15 am. This includes a juice and photos as well. During your session, you will paddle out with the teacher to the buoy line where you tie your boards together and start the class with some breathing techniques and meditation. The next step is finding your balance on the board whilst practising some basic asanas like downward-facing dog and other standing yoga poses. Marki, the main teacher, will guide you through the early rise flow and ensure that everyone is challenged to their levels and needs.
