Shantidelik Warung is located 5 minutes walk from the west coast of Gili Air, behind Matahari Bungalows. We serve local and mediterranean cuisine without using MSG or any kind of preservatives. All our ingredients are locally sourced and our dishes prepared with care. Have a seat in the bamboo dining area and try Jaya’s curries, made with real Indonesian spices or Shanti Pasta, perfectly al dente. Lay down on a pillow on the berugas to enjoy fresh salads seasoned with olive oil and oregano or original gado-gado made with home-made peanut sauce.
